Font broken in many sites [on hold]

Im Not sure about if i can post this on here but, im having problems with my font on many websites including Stackoverflow.

I am using Google chrome and it is all over my web browsers, i tried reseting my google chromes settings then re-installing my browser in the end I haven't found a single solution towards the subject, hence why i am asking for help. (I have also tried deleting the custom font, and changing my internet options.

I have some proof on the subject 1 is what it is currently 2 is what it should be. What it is like
